Meet Your Missoula Chef & Nutrition Specialist

Hi, I'm Alexa, a chef and Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) based in Missoula, Montana, with a lifelong love of cooking and a deep appreciation for what good food can do.

I grew up in the kitchen, where cooking became more than a skill. It became a creative outlet, a way to connect with others, and eventually the foundation for my work in nutrition. Today, I bring those two worlds together: thoughtfully prepared food and a science-backed understanding of how nutrition supports the body.

I hold a Master's in Nutrition from Bastyr University and specialize in functional nutrition, metabolic health, and the connection between nutrition, digestion, hormones, and performance. My clinical background as a licensed nutritionist shapes the way I approach food. That means no restriction or rigid rules, just meals that are nutrient-dense, satisfying, and built to support the person eating them.

That philosophy carries into everything I cook, from weekly meal prep tailored to your health, body composition, or athletic goals to custom menus for retreats, wellness events, and intimate gatherings throughout Western Montana.

I prioritize seasonal, locally sourced, and organic ingredients whenever possible, with an emphasis on whole foods, high-quality proteins, abundant plants, and meals that actually taste good.

I believe you don't have to choose between eating for your goals and genuinely enjoying what's on your plate.

The Approach

Chef-level flavor. Clinical-level thinking. Zero effort on your part.

Most chefs cook for taste. Most nutritionists hand you a meal plan. This is both, combined into a service that takes care of everything from the farmers market to your fridge.

Real Ingredients, Real Flavor
Seasonal, local, and organic whenever possible. Every dish is made from scratch with whole foods, because flavor comes from quality, not shortcuts.

Designed With Clinical Precision
As a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master's in Nutrition, I build every menu around how your body works: metabolism, hormones, gut health, and energy. Food with purpose that never tastes like it.

Made for Your Life
Executive, parent, athlete, or simply someone who wants to feel their best. Portions, preferences, ingredients, nutrition targets, and even how your meals are packaged and stored are all customized to you.

Completely Handled
Planning, shopping, cooking, organizing, and cleanup. You open the fridge to restaurant-quality meals that support your goals without adding a single thing to your to-do list.

No restriction. No rigid rules. Just exceptional food that moves you forward and that you genuinely look forward to eating.
